Varsity Courts

Designed for upper-year and family living, our Varsity Courts community includes unfurnished and furnished townhouses, pairing the convenience of living on campus with the benefit of a number of amenities nearby. Campus resources, hospital services, public transit, and shopping centres are only a few of the nearby conveniences available to students. The university also offers a residence life program which has planned activities for children and families.

Move-out

Varsity Courts move-out happens at different times, depending on resident classification.

Library and Lounges

There are common lounge areas for studying, meetings or other social/community events and a library.

Parking

Varsity Courts parking permits are available purchasing from Parking and Transportation Services.

Garbage, Recycling, and Compost

Varsity Courts residents have access to garbage, recycling, and compost services.

Tenancy Agreement

The tenancy agreement must be properly signed prior to the house keys being issued.

Residence Community Standards

These standards help sustain a constructive, peaceful experience.

Housekeeping Services

Residence Services is currently on hold until the 2022/2023 year.
